Time to unite

Sir,
The call for mission 44+ visualised and undertaken by BJP under the stewardship of  Mr Modi and Amit Shah was too formidable a task on account of powerful regional bias, religious fanaticism and separatist mindset. Now the curtain is rolled up with PDP emerging as single largest party with a tally of 28 seats in Kashmir region & BJP amassing 25 seats in Jammu region. Overall no party or pre-poll alliance has been able to hit the magic number of 44+ seats. In both the regions electorates have turned out in torrents to exercise their franchise in true spirit of democracy. Some people are calling it regional polarization of two distinct communities with add on influence of Modi wave in Jammu region but cutting no ice in Kashmir region despite unusual Modi blitzkrieg in the valley where in little more consistent rapport with Muslim society shall need  be fostered to strengthen the bond of national relationship in the times to come. The verdict in J&k though fractured and split has vehemently endorsed the people’s unflinching faith in the democratic process and handed down exceptional drubbing to the anti-democratic and separatist elements in J&K state.
This is a unique twilight hour of political emergency to cobble together a stable Government out of the heterogeneous groups from the two ethnically divided regions who navigated the electoral waters in J&K on sharply opposing political agenda. Article 370, self rule, autonomy, plebiscite, trust deficit between the two regions happened to be main irritants. This is the historic opportunity to come together, think together and rule together pushing turbulent issues into the cold storage for stability, good governance & ultimate development. This would also bridge the widening trust gap between Jammu and Kashmir region. Average electorates clamour & crave for peace and development. Politics is not meant for settling personal egos or regional prejudices but for large good of the people & overall prosperity.
Yours etc….
