JAMMU, Dec 8: In order to apprise the under trial prisoners/jail inmates of Sub-jail, Hiranagar, the various schemes of legal aid, Chairman, Tehsil Legal Service Committee, (JMIC) Hiranagar today paid a surprise visit at Sub-Jail, Hiranagar along with senior Prosecuting Officer, Hiranagar and inspected all the barracks, basic needs such as food, safe drinking water, medicines, medical care centre, hygiene etc.
She interacted with jail inmates regarding their hardships and insecurities experienced by them. Superintendent, Sub-Jail, Hiranagar was also present along with inspecting officers, i.e. Senior PO for State namely Jai Paul Singh and JMIC, Hiranagar Preet Simran Kour.
