JAMMU, May 31: To discuss key local issues, a meeting of Bhawani Vihar Welfare Association (BVWA), Trikuta Nagar was held here today.
The meeting focused on improvement of roads, pavement for tiles on internal lanes, coverage of drains, and repair of speed breaker.
Residents participated actively and shared their concerns for the development of the area.
During the meeting, with the consent of all members present, the main committee and development committee were framed.
The main committee was framed under Magan Grover as the president, while Sarabjeet Singh was nominated as vice president, Vikram Verma as general secretary and Satish Sharma was nominated as the secretary of the committee.
The members of the development committee included Yoginder Jamwal, Ramesh Gandhi, Veena Mahajan, Raman Gupta, Vipul Gulati, Amit Mahajan, Ajay Pal Singh, Sanjay Bhandari, Sourabh Kotwal, Ravi Pal, Satvinder Singh, Rahul Gupta, Mohit Mahajan, B L Bhat, Shri Paul, Jagmeet Singh, Suneet Gupta, Ravi Pal, Manik Suri and Gaurav Kotwal.
All members resolved to work unitedly for the betterment and development of Bhawani Vihar.
