JAMMU, May 30: Education Minister Sakeena Itoo has announced summer vacations for all Government and private colleges in Summer Zone of Jammu Division from June 1 to July 15, 2026.

“Considering the onset of the summer season and in the interest of the well-being of students and staff, summer vacations are hereby announced for all Government and Private Colleges in the Summer Zone of Jammu Division from 1st June to 15th July 2026,” she posted on her social media account on X, wishing everyone a safe, healthy and productive summer break.
Pertinent to mention that summer vacation schedule for Government as well as private schools in Summer Zone has already been announced, according to which, the schools up to class 5th will observe the vacations from June 1, 2026 and students of class 6th to 12th will have summer break from July 8, 2026.
