Shagun Parihar meets Dr Jitendra Singh, discusses developmental issues

JAMMU, May 29: MLA Kishtwar, Shagun Parihar, today called on Union MoS (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology and PMO, Dr. Jitendra Singh and held a detailed discussion on the developmental issues concerning Kishtwar.
During meeting, Shagun apprised the Minister about the developmental aspirations and requirements of Kishtwar and sought his continued support for the holistic and balanced development of the Constituency. She highlighted the need for expeditious implementation of various Centrally Sponsored Schemes and ongoing infrastructure projects to ensure that the benefits of development reach every section of the society.
The MLA discussed the progress and implementation of several flagship schemes of GoI including PMGSY, JJM, PMAY, AB-PMJAY, PMSGMBY and other welfare and development initiatives being implemented across the district.
She also raised issues related to road connectivity, power infrastructure, healthcare services, educational facilities, tourism development and timely completion of the ongoing projects.
Dr. Jitendra Singh assured full support and cooperation for addressing the genuine concerns of the people and ensuring the effective implementation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the Constituency.
The Minister emphasized that the Government of India, under the leadership of PM Modi, remains committed to inclusive development and good governance.
He assured that every effort would be made to ensure the timely execution of developmental projects and welfare initiatives in Kishtwar.
