Three days Ved Prachar programme at Arya Samaj concludes

JAMMU, May 18: The three days Ved Prachar Programme organized at Arya Samaj, Trikuta Nagar was concluded here today.
The programme was organized on the occasion of 48th foundation day celebration of the Arya Samaj Trikuta Nagar.
In his inaugural address, Subhash Arya Secretary, welcomed Ashok Koul General Secretary Bhartiya Janta Party J&K, Vedic Scholar Acharya Yogendra Yagyik from Gurukul Hoshangabad (MP), Bhanopadeshik Udeyveer Arya, his associate Dhrmendra Arya from Mathura (UP), distinguished members and other participants from Jammu .
During three days programme, Piose Yagya was performed chanting Ved Mantras, under guidance of Acharya Yogenra Yagyik, who explained the importance of Yagya (Agnihotra).
He said that it is the foremost duty of one and all to perform Yagya every day, because it is performed using Cow’s pure ghee, mango/Banyan tree wood and Samagri a mixture of umber of herbs of medicinal values and is the best way of purification of atmosphere pollution control.
Bhajanopadeshak Udeyveer Arya attracted the applause of public by his Vedic Bhajans (Vedic Songs.)
On the concluding day, Purnahuti of yagya was performed and thereafter, Dhwajrohan of Aryadhwaj (flag hoisting ) a symbol of vedic Arya Sanskriti, was performed by Yagyik.
Newly elected president of Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Jammu Kashmir Mahatma Chuni Lal Arya also graced the occasion.
Senior vice president Arya Ssmaj Trikuta Nagar, Bharat Bhushan Arya, paid glowing tributes to few noble souls, who gave their life and blood for the establishment of Arya Samaj Trikuta Nagar Jammu.
President, Ravinder Rekhi placed vote of thanks.
Among others who attended the programme included Udheyveer, Dharmendra, Ranvijay Shastri, Gian Chander, their families and member of Arya Samaj Trikuta Nagar.
