Shiv Sena flays Govt for cancellation of NEET examination

JAMMU, May 13: J&K unit of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) flayed the Central Government for the cancellation of NEET examination.
Addressing a press conference here today, J&K Shiv Sena president, Manish Sahni said over the past two years, a disturbing and dangerous pattern of paper leaks has emerged across the country.
He claimed that in the last 24 months, more than 15 major examinations in the country including UGC-NET and UP Police Recruitment Examinations have fallen prey to corruption and the Government hurriedly passed the ‘Public Examinations Act 2024’ while on ground none bothers about it.
The Shiv Sena leader also claimed that the cancellation has frustrated the students and parents across the country.
He said that in J&K more than 50,000 students are already struggling under difficult geographical and social conditions have been completely shattered by the cancellation decision.
Sahni demanded a fair investigation into the entire matter under the supervision of Supreme Court of India.
Sanjeev Kohli, Sanjay Bhatt and Aditya Mahajan were also present in the press conference.
