NEW DELHI, May 9: Assam has exported 20 tonnes of honey to the US, the Commerce Ministry said today.
Sourced from eco-friendly and pesticide-free environments, honey from the Baksa district is known for its high quality and near-organic characteristics, it said.
Baksa honey has also been identified under the ODOP (One District One Product) initiative. (PTI)
