SAMBA, May 5: Rekha Mahajan, vice president, J&K BJP and Prabhari district Samba chaired a comprehensive organisational meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) here, today, laying strong emphasis on cadre strengthening, structured functioning, and effective grassroots outreach.
The meeting was attended by district president, Samba Asha Rani, State secretary, Arun Sharma, district Seh Prabhari, Manmohan Singh, district general secretaries, Amit Dubey and Rakesh Sambyal, along with members of the district team and Mandal presidents.
In her address, Rekha Mahajan underlined that the strength of the party lies in its well-organised booth-level structure. She directed party leaders to ensure regular and result-oriented monthly meetings at district, Mandal, and Shakti Kendra levels, stressing that consistent engagement with booth workers is essential for maintaining organisational vibrancy and public connect.
She further highlighted the importance of the upcoming District Prashikshan Varg to be organised at Sumb, at the sacred Dev Sthan of Baba Brahm Dev Ji Shrine. She stated that such training camps play a vital role in enhancing the ideological clarity, leadership skills, and organisational efficiency of party workers, enabling them to effectively communicate Government policies and party’s ideology among the masses.
Rekha Mahajan also reviewed ongoing organisational activities and sought detailed feedback from district and Mandal-level leaders regarding public outreach programmes, booth management, and coordination mechanisms. She instructed all office bearers to strengthen communication channels within the organisation and ensure timely implementation of party directives.
Detailed discussions were also held on strengthening booth committees, expanding outreach initiatives, and ensuring the successful conduct of the upcoming training programme.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to further intensify organisational efforts and ensure a robust and active party structure across Samba district.
