In a statement, the Association said the advocate had been posting derogatory, unverified and objectionable remarks on social media platforms, particularly WhatsApp groups of lawyers, targeting members and office bearers of the Bar Association.
It said he had also used derogatory language against young as well as senior lawyers on several occasions, affecting the dignity and mutual respect within the legal fraternity.
The Association said the member was repeatedly advised to improve his conduct and stop circulating such messages, but he failed to do so despite several warnings.
