RAJOURI, Apr 23: In response to a news circulating on social media alleging irregularities in the functioning of the BDO Office Nowshera, the office of the Assistant Commissioner Development Rajouri has ordered the constitution of an enquiry committee to ascertain the factual position.
According to the order issued by Assistant Commissioner Development Rajouri, Auqil Nuvai, the committee has been constituted following allegations reportedly raised by an individual concerning non-payment for work, which subsequently surfaced on social media. The enquiry aims to verify the authenticity of these claims through a fair, transparent, and time-bound process.
The committee comprises- Sumeet Singh, BDO Sunderbani; Mohd Abrar, BDO Qila Darhal; Nand Kishore, Assistant Engineer, Sub-Division Sunderbani; Nitish Raina, Junior Engineer, Sunderbani and Vikas Sharma, PAA, Qila Darhal.
The committee has been tasked to carry out an in-depth and objective examination of the issue and submit a detailed report along with specific findings and recommendations within a period of seven days from the date of issuance of the order.
Meanwhile, the BDO Nowshera has been directed to extend full cooperation to the enquiry committee and provide all relevant records, documents, and necessary assistance to facilitate a smooth and timely enquiry process.
