JAMMU, Apr 21: NC here today paid glowing tributes to former minister and senior NC leader, Late Bodh Raj Bali on his 24th death anniversary.
Leading the party cadre in paying floral tributes to Bali, at a function, NC provincial president Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta highlighted the contributions of the veteran leader in the development and progress of J&K.
NC provincial secretary Jammu, Sheikh Bashir Ahmed described the late leader as a person of immense qualities.
