JAMMU, Apr 18: Two alleged drug peddlers were arrested with 9.60 grams of heroin-like substance from Domana area here today.
A police official said that acting on specific information, a team of Police Station Domana led by concern SHO, Inspector Varuneshwar Singh Jamwal, conducted a swift operation and apprehended two individuals with the consignment.
They were identified as Bhadur Ali of Keran, Bantallab, and Anil Kumar of Upper Barnai.
The police official said that they were accordingly booked in case FIR number 87/2026 under sections 8/21/22/29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Domana and further investigation taken up.
