SRINAGAR, Apr 10: Zaffer Akeel Shah today assumed charge as the Managing Director of JKB Financial Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of J&K Bank.
A statement said Shah brings with him vast experience in the banking and financial services sector.
He has held several important positions in J&K Bank and also served as General Manager at J&K Grameen Bank, where he contributed to improving performance and expanding outreach, it said.
His appointment is expected to strengthen the company’s focus on operational efficiency, innovation, and customer-oriented services, the statement further said.
Under his leadership, it said, the JKB Financial Services Ltd is likely to continue its growth and further build trust among its stakeholders.
