JAMMU, Apr 5: The Kashmiri Education Culture and Science Society (KECSS) held an impressive function at New Delhi today which was attended by members of the civil society and prominent personalities.
The function was presided over chairman KECSS Padam Shri, Prof R N Bamzai. Prof B L Zutshi a well known scholar and president Hindu Education Society Kashmir (HESK) was presented KECSS M K Kaw Memorial Award for his excellence in academic and intellectual discourse.
The award was presented to him by Prof Bamzai and other dignitaries who highlighted his role as an academician and president of HESK.
