NOWSHERA, Apr 2: In a significant development, the Indian Army recovered suspicious material attached to an air balloon from village Anayatpur in the Nowshera sector.
The recovered items reportedly include a weather monitoring instrument along with other materials. The recovery has raised security concerns, and the material is being examined by the concerned agencies to ascertain its origin and purpose.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident, two buffaloes that had reportedly strayed from the Khad Mochian area across the Line of Control (PoK side) entered Indian territory and were found near the Baratgala area of Chingus. The animals have been taken into custody by the authorities.
Security agencies remain vigilant, and necessary procedures are being followed in both cases. Further investigation is underway.
