“It is sad that even in the home of Allah, blasts are occurring. It shows how far and distant we are from Him. And we are heading towards a destination for which the hellfire is awaiting us,” he said.
He added, “There occur blasts everywhere. What is the state of Islamic countries? Everything is in front of you. When you are away from Allah, this is what happens.”
Dr Abdullah expressed deep grief over the loss of innocent lives and extended his condolences to the bereaved families.
On the occasion, several delegations from different areas of Pampore met Dr Abdullah and brought various public grievances and developmental issues to his notice.
He listened patiently to their concerns and assured them that he would take up their demands with the concerned authorities and make all possible efforts to resolve them on a priority basis.
