JAMMU, Jan 28: Ahead of the 5th session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, the Government has issued an advisory regulating the entry and parking of vehicles in and around the Civil Secretariat, Jammu.
As per a circular issued by the General Administration Department, no private vehicles of employees, including police personnel on security duty, will be allowed inside the Civil Secretariat premises.
Private vehicles of Civil Secretariat employees will be parked at the designated space available at the under-construction Assembly Complex on a first-come, first-served basis, while escort and media vehicles will not be permitted in these areas.
All officers and officials have been directed to cooperate with the Senior Superintendent of Police (Security), Civil Secretariat, in regulating vehicle movement and parking, and administrative secretaries have been asked to ensure strict compliance by all employees.
