JAMMU, Jan 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Home Department has ordered the repatriation and deputation of police officers between the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh with immediate effect.
As per a Government order, Farhan Jehanzeb Naqash, SP, and Reyaz Ahmad Bhat, Dy.SP (Telecom), have been repatriated from Ladakh to Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, Ajaz Ahmad Malik, Dy. Commandant, IR-13th Battalion, and Muzaffar Ahmad Mir, Dy.SP Telecom, Udhampur, have been deputed to the Union Territory of Ladakh.
The deputation will be for a period of 2 years or until recalled, and the officers’ lien and promotion prospects will remain with the Home Department, J&K, the order said.
