JAMMU, Jan 25: Bipul Pathak, a senior IAS officer of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre, has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (Social Welfare) with additional charge of Director, Union Territory Civil Services (UTCS), New Delhi.
Pathak has held various prestigious postings in Jammu and Kashmir.
