CHENANI, Jan 19: MLA from Chenani constituency, Balwant Singh Mankotia, today organized a Public Darbar at Bali Panchayat to address the grievances and issues of the local residents.
The Public Darbar was attended by DDC Member Subash, along with former PRI representatives and officers of various Government departments, who were present to ensure immediate redressal of public grievances. A large number of people from the area participated and raised issues related to development works, basic amenities, and public services.
During the Darbar, MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia patiently heard the concerns of the people and issued strict directions to the concerned officers to resolve the issues at the earliest. Several problems were resolved on the spot, providing instant relief to the public.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Mankotia stated that such Public Darbars help in strengthening coordination between the administration and the public and ensure transparent, accountable, and responsive governance. He reaffirmed his commitment to the overall development of the Chenani constituency and assured that all genuine issues would be taken up on priority.
The residents appreciated the initiative and expressed gratitude to the MLA for his proactive approach towards public welfare.
