JAMMU, Dec 16: The Government today elevated nine In-charge Superintending Engineers (SEs) as I/C Chief Engineers and shifted/posted 10 I/C Chief Engineers in the PW(R&B) Department in Jammu and Kashmir.

Those promoted as I/C Chief Engineers (Civil) are- Parshotam Kumar Phonsa, Kewal Kumar Atri, Romesh Kumar, Tilak Raj, Narinder Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Agastam, Ashwani Kumar and Noor Ali besides Sunil Gandotra (Mech).
Meanwhile, Rajesh Kumar Gupta Chief Engineer PW(R&B) Jammu Zone with addl charge as Engineer-in-Chief/ Secretary Technical has been transferred and posted as Engineer-in-Chief (Secretary Technical) PW(R&B) Department.
After elevation Parshotam Kumar Phonsa has been placed as I/C Chief Engineer PMGSY Jammu Zone, Rajesh Kumar Agastam as I/C Chief Engg Jammu Zone; Kewal Kumar Atri as I/C Chief Engg R&B Zone Chenab; Romesh Kumar as Executive Director ERA Jammu; Tilak Raj I/C Chief Engg R&B Pir Panjal Zone; Narinder Kumar as I/C Chief Engg Zone Central Kashmir; Ashwani Kumar as I/C Chief Engg PMGSY Kashmir; Noor Ali as I/C Chief Engg R&B Zone South Kashmir while Sunil Gandotra as I/C Chief Engg (Mechanical).
