REASI, Aug 27: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) under the chairmanship of YP Kotwal, Chairman, DLSA, Principal, District and Sessions Judge Reasi organized a legal awareness camp at Government High School Sirah.
The camp was organized for creating legal awareness among the students, women, labourers, youth and senior citizens on protection of women from Domestic Violence (PWDV) Act and different welfare schemes and social security measurers available for their welfare.
The camp was attended by YP Kotwal Chairman, DLSA, Principal, District and Sessions Judge Reasi, Anjana Rajput, Special Additional Mobile Magistrate Reasi, Manoj Parihar, Sub Judge Katra, retainer lawyers, students, women and large number of people.
Speaking on the occasion, YP Kotwal threw light on protection of women from domestic violence (PWDV) Act and other welfare schemes and social security measurers available for their welfare.
Anjana Rajput, Special Additional Mobile Magistrate Reasi, Manoj Parihar, Sub Judge Katra, Dr KG Dogra, Dy CMO Reasi and retainer lawyers also spoke on the occasion.
