JAMMU, Dec 6: A 23-year-old individual was found dead at his rented accommodation here at Udheywala area of the district.
Arun Kumar son of Ranjeet Kumar of Reasi, who was living in a rented property at Udheywala was spotted in an unconscious state by the house owner, who informed his relatives and police, a police official said.
Accordingly, the police and his aunt shifted him to Government Medical College Jammu, where he was declared as dead on arrival.
While the body has been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital for conducting the post-mortem examination, police have initiated inquest proceedings to ascertain the reasons behind his death.
