POONCH, Nov 10: A porter of Border Security Forces (BSF) died on the spot when his foot slipped and he fell down into deep gorge in Paralkote area in Tehsil Mandi of district Poonch today.

Official sources identified the deceased as Mushtaq Ahmed, son of Mohd Akbar Dar, resident of Gantar Sawjian who was on his way towards Kanari when suddenly his foot slips in area of Paralkote, fell down into deep gorge and died on spot.
Station House Officer Mandi, Sham Lal confirmed the incident and said that the body was taken to Sub District Hospital Mandi where legal formalities were performed and later body was handed over to family for last rites.
