Koul, Sham address strategic election meeting

JAMMU, Nov 6: Giving momentum to its campaigning in Nagrota Assembly segment, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held various election meetings besides launching door to door campaign in many localities of the Assembly segment.
BJP J&K general secretary (Org), Ashok Koul, along with in charge of Nagrota Assembly bye-election and former Minister, Sham Lal Sharma, chaired a strategic meeting of party office bearers, Morcha presidents, and senior leaders, at the party Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, here.
The meeting was also addressed by Bye-Election co-incharge, Bharat Bhushan vice-president and DDC Chairperson Jammu, and general secretaries Sanjita Dogra, Baldev Singh Billawaria, and Gopal Mahajan.
The meeting focused on strengthening the booth-level structure, energizing the cadre, and reinforcing coordination among the organizational teams in view of the upcoming Nagrota Assembly by-election.
Addressing the gathering, Ashok Koul emphasized that victory in Nagrota will not only be a political success but also a reflection of people’s faith in the BJP’s ideology of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas. He underlined the importance of systematic planning and disciplined execution in every ward and booth. He said that every activist is a vital link in the chain of our organizational strength.
Sham Lal Sharma detailed the election roadmap, stating that the BJP candidate Devyani Rana has earned immense goodwill among the people for her dynamic approach and sensitivity towards local issues. He called upon party workers to ensure that every booth becomes a strong bastion of the BJP.
As part of the ongoing election campaign for BJP candidate Devyani Rana, an energetic series of door-to-door campaigns and public interaction drives continued for two consecutive days across various Panchayats of Amb Gharota Mandal in Nagrota constituency. The campaign was spearheaded by Neha Mahajan, State president of BJP Mahila Morcha, who was accompanied by dedicated team of women Karyakartas.
In Shwa Panchayat, Mahajan appealed the locals to strengthen booth-level structures and ensure record voter participation in support of the BJP’s mission for a prosperous and empowered Jammu & Kashmir.
Door to door campaigning was also carried on by P.C Sharma convenor and Abhay Kumar Mahajan, co-convenor J&K UT BJP Employees Cell. They were accompanied by Bodh Raj Shakti Kendra Parmukh at Surinsar in Nagrota constituency.
The Speakers appealed to voters to caste their vote in favour of young, enthusiastic, nationalist and devoted candidate Devyani.
Continuing his aggressive election campaign in Nagrota constituency, Ranbir Singh Pathania, MLA Udhampur East, carried out an extensive door-to-door campaign in Dansal, Janakha, Badsoo and adjoining habitations, appealing for a massive mandate in favour of BJP candidate Divyani Rana whom he described as symbol of youth, dynamism and progressive politician.
He asserted that the time has come for a comprehensive change-a change towards development, accountability, transparency and people-centric governance, which only BJP can deliver under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
Meanwhile BJP spokesperson, Zorawar Singh Jamwal today asserted that his party is heading for a historic and record-breaking victory in the upcoming Assembly elections from the Nagrota constituency, with party candidate Devyani Rana set to “forfeit the bails” of her rivals from the National Conference (NC) and other parties.
In a statement issued here today, Zorawar said that the massive public response to BJP’s door-to-door campaign in Nagrota constituency reflects people’s overwhelming faith in the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and their determination to carry forward his vision of a prosperous and developed Jammu and Kashmir. “Every household in Nagrota is echoing with the slogan of Modi’s guarantee, and the people are ready to give a decisive mandate to BJP’s young and dynamic candidate Devyani Rana,” he stated.
BJP vice president, Rekha Mahajan also held an intensive campaign in support of Devyani Rana in the Nagrota constituency.
Addressing a series of public meetings and door-to-door interactions, Rekha Mahajan urged the people to come forward in large numbers to support Devyani.
Senior BJP leader and former Minister Bali Bhagat today addressed a massive public meeting at Dharamkhoo village of Gharota Panchayat in the Nagrota Assembly constituency as part of the campaign in support of BJP candidate, Devyani Rana.
He appealed to the people to extend full support to Devyani Rana, describing her as a dynamic and dedicated representative capable of carrying forward the BJP’s vision of inclusive development and transparent governance.
