CBC starts Photo Exhibition on Viksit Bharat 2047

KISHTWAR, Oct 30: The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Field Office Doda, under Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in collaboration with Institute for Intellectual Development (IID), Doda, today inaugurated a two-day Photo Exhibition in the far-flung area of Marwah.
The exhibition focuses on crucial national themes ‘Viksit Bharat @ 2047’, ‘Three Criminal Laws (BNS, BNSS, BSS)’, ‘Mission LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment)’ and vigilance awareness.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the chief guest, Shiekh Zafarullah, DDC Marwah yesterday with drawing competition as curtain raiser.
Today, after the inaugural ceremony, Sheikh Zafarullah, along with the guest of honour, Mohit Gupta, Tehsildar Marwah, inspected the exhibition.
Vikram Uppal, Incharge CBC Doda Circle (Chenab Valley), provided a brief description of the Bureau’s functioning and its role in disseminating information to the grassroots level.
The event featured detailed keynote addresses from various experts. Dr. Mohd Shuaib Balwan, Director of IID and collaborator for the event, delivered a mesmerizing speech on Mission LiFE.
Asif Ali Ghani, Officer from Sheep Husbandry, gave a detailed overview about centrally sponsored schemes.
Ghulam Abass, Director CBC J&K & Ladakh, from the organizing department, articulated the overarching vision behind the program. He emphasized that the collective goal is to bring India into the league of developed countries by 2047, marking the completion of 100 years of independence.
The chief guest declared that the program was not merely an event, but the start of a behavioural change initiated by this vital step.
