Jammu, Sept 10: The District Magistrate Jammu has directed automobile dealers and service centres not to levy parking charges on vehicles falling under Non-Operational Status (NOS) and total damage categories, which have been brought in for assessment and repairs after the recent floods, in order to provide relief to affected citizens.
