JAMMU, Aug 30: One individual who was wanted for his alleged involvement in several criminal activities was arrested by the police and BSF in Arnia area here today.
On the intervening night of August 29-30, a joint team of BSF and Police Station Arnia noticed a suspicious movement in the area, police said. They said during searches, the joint team arrested a one Mustaq Ahmed alias Bachu of Biaspur Parlah, who was wanted for his involvement in several criminal activities.
After arrest, he was taken to Police Station Arnia, where he is being quizzed further, police sources said.
