JAMMU, Aug 30: BSP today organised a review meeting in R.S Pura to review the current situation created due to floods in J&K.
The meeting was chaired by BSP leader Swarn Lata in the presence of BSP Central Coordinator Dharamvir Singh Ashok and BSP State president, Darshan Rana as well as District president Tarsem Lal and others. Addressing the meeting, Dharamvir Singh expressed concern over the current situation created due to floods in J&K and said that BSP workers should go among the people and help them in solving their problems.
He said that on the instructions of party supremo Mayawati, he is continuously touring J&K to strengthen the party.
Darshan Rana said that BSP workers are actively working in every district of J&K.
He demanded compensation for the flood hit people.
Swarn Lata said that women workers of BSP should also reach to the flood affected people.
