JAMMU, Aug 11: Police in Bishnah area today claimed they have solved a bike theft case within 24 hours of the reporting of the crime by arresting two individuals and recovering three stolen two-wheelers from their possession.
Manish Kumar and Bhag Hussain, who were involved in a bike theft case registered under FIR number 80/2025 under sections 303(2) and 317 BNS at Police Station Bishnah have been arrested with three stolen bikes, a police official said.
He said the arrests were made by a team of Police Station Bishnah led by SHO concerned, Inspector Rakesh Singh Jamwal under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura and overall supervision of SP Headquarters Jammu. The police official said that the police team has also recovered nine other unclaimed bikes stolen from different areas.
