SRINAGAR, Aug 1: Tourism Department has constituted a committee of officers, to enquire into how the development of the park at Shellang, Mirmaidan Dooru, District Anantnag was initiated without proper land acquisition proceedings, resulting in infructuous expenditure and causing financial loss to the Government.
Headed by Director Tourism Kashmir and comprising CEO Kokernag and Accounts Officer, Tourism Development Authority Pahalgam as the members, the committee shall submit its report in the matter within a period of one month.
