Jammu, July 26: Following his deputation to the Union Territory of Ladakh and joining the UT Administration on July 21, 2025, the services of Rakesh Singh Batla, Look-after Block Development Officer (BDO), have now been formally placed at the disposal of the Administrative Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, for further posting.
