JAMMU, July 6: A three day long free artificial limbs camp for specially abled persons commenced here today.
The camp organized by Shri Atam Vallabh Jain Clinic will continue till 8th July.
38 patients were checked and artificial limbs given to them on first day of the camp.
In addition to this, one wheel chair and 4 hearing aids were also given
Speaking on the occasion, chairman Pradeep Jain described the procedure of fabricating artificial limbs and appealed to the general public to aware more specially abled persons regarding the facilities available at Shri Atam Vallabh Jain clinic, which are providing artificial limbs to the needy persons free of cost
Dr Anita Gupta physiotherapist checked the patients and advised for the limbs required to sort out their problems.
Among others, who were present during the event included Kimti Lal Jain, Deepak Jain and Vikas Jain.
