UDHAMPUR, July 3: Police today arrested a drug peddler in the jurisdiction of Police Station Rehambal and recovered 2300 number of intoxicant capsules (Pregaballin) from his possession.
The accused, identified as Maggar Singh, son of Fakeer Chand of Samole, Udhampur was intercepted by a Police Party of PS Rehambal, headed by SHO, Purab Singh at Kambal Danga when he was coming from Udhampur side and moving towards Jib.
During his frisking, 2300 number of intoxicant capsules (Pregaballin) were recovered from his possession. The matter has been reported to the Assistant Drug Controller, Udhampur for further necessary action.
