Medical Employees discuss issues

JAMMU, June 21: J&K Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF) here today organized a meeting under the chairmanship of Sushil Sudan and Jaswinder Singh, president JKMEF Jammu.
Speakers in the meeting discussed grievances of medical employees and decided to bring the same into the notice of concerned authorities for redressal.
Jaswinder Singh urged the authorities concerned to conduct DPC in time.
Conduct training of LHVs and filling of the vacant post in the department at the earliest for better patient care was also demanded.
Bharat Bhushan, president JKGPA also urged the authorities concerned to consider the long pending demand of Pharmacist and create the post of Technical Officer Pharmacy at District level.
Change of nomenclature of Pharmacist was also demanded.
Parfulat Singh, general secretary JKMEF also addressed the meeting.
Others who participated in the meeting were Onkar Singh, Bahadur Singh, working president, Ajay Phool, Neelam Kumari, Harpal Singh, Anita Gupta, Arti Devi, Kuldeep Dabgotra, R.P Singh, Sanjay Choudhary and Tajinder Singh.
