JAMMU, July 8: Jammu and Kashmir Medical Employees Federation has extended its active support to State Government Employees Joint Action Committee, which has announced to hold protest demonstrations at district headquarters on July 10 in support of long pending demands.
A decision in this regard was taken during an executive body meeting of the Federation, held today under the chairmanship of president Sushil Sudan who appealed all the employees across Jammu division to participate in the scheduled protest demonstrations at their respective headquarters.
The protest demonstrations are being held in support of the demands, including, regularization of adhoc, contractual and consolidated employees, removal of pay anomalies, enhancement of Medical allowance, sanctioning of dislocation allowance and reducing qualification service for all benefits to 20 years.
