Jammu, June 19: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the promotion of Safiya Abdullah, a Junior Scale JKAS officer of the 2012-II batch, to the Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in pay level 11 with effect from January 1, 2025, on a notional basis and prospectively on a regular basis from the date of the order.
