Srinagar, June 6 Eidul Adha, festival of sacrifices, is being celebrated tomorrow across Jammu and Kashmir with religious fervor.
The largest congregation is being held at Hazratbal with Eid prayers being observed across various Eidgahs and Masjids in J&K.

Soon after the Eid prayers, sacrifices of the animals will be offered by the people. People over the last two weeks were busy purchasing sacrificial animals.
It commemorates the devotion of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), who was willing to sacrifice his son, Prophet Ismael (AS), as an act of obedience to Allah. This festival is marked by prayers, feasts, sharing, and acts of charity.
