HARIDWAR, May 13: Established by Yoga Guru, Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishan of Patanjali Yog Peeth, the residential school Acharya Kulam here today brought 100 per cent results in high school and higher secondary school examinations.
Atharv from Acharya Kulam scored 99.40 per cent marks in high school exams and stood first while Dhruv with 98 per cent marks was second and Sanya Sejal got 97.80 and stood third.
With 97.60 per cent marks Sehaj stood fourth and with 97.40 per cent Anshuman and Kanhaya Kumar got fifth place.
A total of 153 students cleared the exams and results of Acharya Kulam stood at 86.30 per cent.
A handout stated that 21 students got A-1 grade in all the five subjects while 43 students got 100 per cent marks in different subjects and there were 25 students who got more than 95 per cent marks in these exams.
This year, in 12th class exams the per cent in science, humanities and commerce remained 83.89, 90.6 and 90.85 respectively with Siddesh getting 99 per cent, Aryaman 98.6 per cent and Ridhima getting 98 per cent marks. A total of 97 students passed the exams taking the pass per cent of the institute in 12 class exams to 88.38.
Siddesh got 99 per cent marks and topped in the institute and there were 14 students who got A-1 grade in all the five subjects and 32 students got cent per cent marks in different subjects.
On this occasion Management Committee vice president of Acharya Kulam, Dr. Ritambhara Shastri and Swasti Munshi extended best wishes to the excelling students and their teachers.
Swami Arjundev, Vice Principal, Tapas Kumar Bera, Deepa and sports incharge, Amit along with others were also present on this occasion.
