Jammu, Apr 29: The Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has appointed Mohinder Kumar Sharma, Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice, as the Officiating Registrar General of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
