SUNDERBANI, Mar 27: Former MLC and chief spokesperson JKPCC Ravinder Sharma has urged the Government to expedite the long pending project of SDH Sunderbani, Beripattan Lift Irrigation Scheme sanctioned by UPA Government & started during NC – Congress rule in 2014.
Interacting with people of the area who highlighted the need to project the non – completion of these vital projects for more than 11years, JKPCC chief spokesperson lashed out at the BJP and LG Administration for neglecting these important projects all these years.
Alleging neglect of Sunderbani in various spheres, he rejected the false claims of devlopment by the ruling dispensation at Delhi and J&K during past ten years. Several other projects initiated, sanctioned or proposed by him during his tenure are either abondoned or still languishing as a result people are suffering.
He also referred to the dilapidated condition of revenue complex in Sunderbani, abandoning the expansion of PWD Dak Bunglow Sunderbani, city by- pass road for Kangri- Beripattan road, improvement of Letar – Devak- Hathal road, construction of Taligala – Upper Hathal road and urged the authorities to take up the priority projects at the earliest.
