JAMMU, Mar 20: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the occasion of Navroz.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor said, “On the auspicious occasion of Navroz, I convey my heartiest greetings and best wishes to all.”
“May the festivity and celebration on this Navroz inspire us towards righteous living and usher in peace, prosperity and happiness for all,” he added.
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has also extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the joyous occasion of Navroz, a festival that marks the arrival of spring.
In his message, the Chief Minister emphasized the significance of Navroz as a symbol of renewal, hope, and harmony, bringing new life to nature and inspiring people to embrace positivity, peace and prosperity.
Highlighting the cultural and spiritual importance of Navroz, he noted that the festival has been an integral part of Kashmir’s rich heritage, celebrated with traditional enthusiasm and devotion.
He urged people to use this occasion to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood, compassion and mutual respect, reinforcing the spirit of communal harmony.
Conveying his warm wishes, he hoped that this Navroz would bring prosperity, happiness, and fulfillment to every household and reinforce the values of peace and coexistence among diverse society of Jammu and Kashmir.
