JAMMU, Feb 12: The Government has assigned additional responsibilities to eight Chief Accounts Officers (CAOs) and Accounts Officers across various departments in Jammu and Kashmir.
As per an order, Belal Ahmad Bilal, CAO in the Chief Engineer Irrigation and Flood Control Kashmir, will also hold charge as CAO of Cluster University, Srinagar, until Afsha Mehraj Kak returns from leave.
Nagesh Jamwal, CAO of Cluster University Jammu, has been given additional charge as CAO of MRDA Jammu until further orders.
Sameer-ul-Rehman, Accounts Officer at Municipal Council Ramban, will also oversee the accounts of the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Doda until further notice.
Zubair Sultan, Accounts Officer at Deputy Director Local Fund Audit & Pensions, Srinagar, will hold additional charge as Accounts Officer for SSP Srinagar until Imtiyaz Ahmad returns from leave.
Rahul Mahajan, currently posted as Accounts Officer at J&K Service Selection Board, has been assigned additional responsibility as Accounts Officer at J&K Women’s Development Corporation.
Hitesh Kumar Chowdary, Accounts Officer at the Directorate of Information J&K, will also handle the accounts of the J&K Housing Board.
Amir Qazi, Accounts Officer at the Director General Prosecution J&K, will take on additional duties as Accounts Officer at J&K Medical Supplies Corporation Ltd.
Mohd. Ayoub Mir, Accounts Officer at the Economic Reconstruction Agency J&K, has been given additional charge as Accounts Officer at J&K Project Construction Corporation, Kashmir.
These temporary assignments will remain in effect until further orders.
