JAMMU, Feb 2: Thieves struck two shops in Patoli area here today and decamped with different items worth around Rs 3-4 lakhs.
A police official said that around 5 am, unidentified thieves broke open the shutters of two shops, Zurich Car Accessories and Vedanta Medical Store in Patoli area, and decamped with valuables, including android phones, LEDs, and inverters worth around Rs 3-4 lakh.
He said on the complaint of a shop owner Mohammad Farid son of Bashir Ahmad of Kot Bhalwal, a case under the relevant sections of the law has been registered at Police Station Janipur and further investigation started.
