JAMMU, Apr 22: The State Finance Department has once against asked the Administrative Secretaries as well as Drawing and Disbursing officers of the different departments to convey the full particulars of each Gazetted employee to ICICI Lombard General Insurance at the earliest for issuance of Health Insurance Cards.
According to a circular, issued in this regard, despite repeated requests, various departments have failed to furnish the requisite information to the concerned company till date with the result that Health Insurance Cards for cashless treatment under the policy could not be issued in favour of the beneficiaries.
