KATHUA, Apr 14: All India Backward Classes Union(AIBCU) at a press conference held under the leadership of Prof Kali Dass today appealed the people in general and State OBCs in particular to vote against the coalition partners Congress and NC in April 17 elections in Kathua-Udhampur Doda Parliamentary Constituency.
Talking to reporters here, today, general secretary of the Union, Prof Kali Dass appealed the people to teach the coalition a lesson for its anti people and anti OBC policies whom the Government deprived of the reservation benefits in the State.
He said Congress and NC are responsible for the sufferings of the State OBCs and denial of their share of 27 percent reservations to them besides other reservation components like enhancement of creamy layer from 4.5 lakh to 6 lakh, renewal of OSC certificate on the basis of income certificate for which creamy layer is meant for.
He said the other big scams of the coalition partners including the new recruitment policy under which the newly employed youth would get Rs 3000 for the first two years and Rs 5000 for the next three years while the Chief Minister and his Ministers MPS/MLAs and MLCs are getting are getting monthly salary at the tune of Rs in lakh which is a loot policy and making the State people poor. Under such circumstances, Government can be defined as the militancy creating agency in the State as well as most communal.
