RAJOURI, May 16: An elderly person was killed in a road accident in Budhal area of Rajouri district today.
A police spokesman said that mishap took place in Phali area near Budhal when the elderly villager was walking along the road side. A tractor trolley coming from the backside, hit hard to the villager, causing him serious injuries.
The victim in critical condition was rushed to Budhal hospital by the locals where doctors declared him as brought dead. The deceased was identified as Muzaffar Hussain Shah (75), son of Akbar Shah, resident of Phali village.
