JAMMU, Jan 5: The activists of National Secular Forum (NSF) today held strong demonstration against the BSNL for its poor mobile/ internet services in the region.
The protesting students and scholars raised slogans against the BSNL authorities and in support of their demand for improvement in the mobile and internet services.
NSF president Sukhdev Singh, who led the protesters, asked the BSNL CGM not to test the patience of Jammu people. “The mobile services of BSNL have touched a new low. Sometimes it is poor connectivity that harasses the mobile users and sometime it is the miss-connectivity that irritates people,” he said.
He threatened a massive agitation if the BSNL services are not improved soon.
Among those who were present in the protest included, Barket Ali, Vikram Madhyal, Qayoom Malik, Azaj Shah, Altaf, Balwinder Singh , Narinder Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Jugal, Pawan, Rishikesh Rana, Amit, Tanveer Ahmed, Sanjeev Kumar, and others.
