SRINAGAR : An Independent member Er Sheikh Abdul Rashid today stormed into the well of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly after Speaker Mubarak Gul refused to allow him to speak before the Question Hour.
Immediately after members of different opposition parties were allowed to raise their issues before the Question Hour, Er Rashid also wanted to say something.
However, the Speaker took up the Question-Hour and did not allow him to raise his issue.
Shouting something which was not audible, Er Rashid rushed into the well of the House and remained there for some time. However, the Speaker ordered Watch and Ward officials of the House not to come close to Er Rashid.
However, he resumed his seat after Mr Gul assured him that he will be allowed to speak after the Question Hour.
Er Rashid had arguments with BJP and National Panthers Party (NPP) members, but nothing was audible. (AGENCIES)
